How To Access Your Exam Summary via Patient Portal
- Select the PATIENT PORTAL button displayed above.
- Enter the User Name and Password found at the bottom of your invoice & press the ENTER button.
- Double-click the medrec.pdf file at the bottom of the screen to open or save a summary of today’s exam. You can view/print a copy for your records.
- The large green box on the screen allows you to send us a secure message. Please type a brief message that you were able to view your report (or if you have a question for us) and click the Send Secure Message button.
- Close all windows.
